7800 GTX OC underclocked?

just a quick question, nothing drasticly important, tigerdirect said BFG 7800 GTX OC (256 verison) should be running at 460 core, 1300 mem, but if i use the coolbit reg tweak i see thats its only 430 and 1200 mem, and thoughts? only had this card a month btw, so any thoughts would be nice

that sucks, no clue how that happened! Actually could have been the psu

no way its my psu, i got a 400 watt antec psu, its good and i only have one, so i dont think its that
