Hi guys,
Is there a Sata driver for Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe on Windows 7?
I've been searching on the net but I'm unable to find a driver and need it for Windows 7 install on Sata drive.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Tried using the Vista drivers for your sata controller? In most cases, Vista drivers will work for Windows 7.

Yeah but I can't find any Vista drivers on Asus' website for the Sil3112a controller. Any ideas?

Ignore the last post because it states on the site: "This driver does NOT support Windows Vista 32-bit."
Any ideas anyone?

You just answered your own question. Those drivers you linked to are 7 specific.
