lexmark z816 black and white only printing?

Hi, I'm trying to find a way to print only in black and white thru this
printer (driver). I currently have applications with documents in color,
but usually, printers have an option the print the page in b&w only, is
there such option for this printer? Thanks!

actually, now I see a print in black and white button, but it's grayed out
for some reason (I can't turn it on)...
