I got my 175 from newegg.
BTW, the 165 and 175 top out around 2700MHz, but the 170 tops out closer to 3.0 GHz, wish I would of knew that last month!!!

if you are looking for a specific core then zipzoomfly.com would be the best place to buy from plus they are cheaper than newegg or monarch.

Reply to handym3000

but no where on there do I see any specific cores, IE "hand binning"

Only retail. BTW, Mwave, Newegg and Monarch are all 325, Zipzoom is 328 :D

Anyway, the fastest stable overclock I can reach is 2680; I seem to hit a brick wall at around 2700 MHz.
Whether I use 11x250 or 10x270 or even 10.5x260 it fails to boot, but if I back it down just 5MHz things work pretty good, and it makes no difference at settings CAS 2.5 or 3, using 3, 3, 8, 3, or with just 2 stick or RAM; either way, around about 2680 is my overclock limit. But this system is quick and stable; I keep it normally at 2420 MHz (11x220 at 2, 2, 6, 2) 2.8 volts for now. I am pretty sure the overclock limit is the processor and not the memory, but would have liked to see top out well better than a 20% stable overclock with this system, considering the components.
It gets 4,578 marks in 3DMark06 and 9,652 marks in 3DMark05.
Overall, I recommend this system to anyone wanting a solid system for gaming, video, or design work.

Might not be what you are asking, but you can kill the prices of most vendors by going to Dell when they have coupons (software & accessories area). They already have a decent price, but you might still get lower if you are going for 'retail' and warranty.

heh, yes i know some serious dell tricks actually, however they do NOT sell AMD Processors, at least not yet

had trouble with the link thing, but if you go into the Dell site and then go into the accessories area, you can do a search for them.

Man their site sucks for proc searches but the active link you posted did work actually

They dont have opterons though, only the x2's

Opty's would only do good for Dell.
