Antec NEO HE550 or Seasonic S12 600

As the title states, which PSU would be ideal for my future system:
AMD Opteron 165
Antec P160W
Zalman CNPS9500
Vantec 120mm Stealth Fan
WD Caviar 250 16mb
OCZ DDR400 Platinum 2gig (2x1gig)
DFI UT NF4 SLI-DR
EVGA 7800GTX KO (2nd one will come shortly)

The Seasonic is a solid performer (80%+) with more wattage, but I looooove the modular cables the Antec provides. Is going with the Antec much of a sacrifice? The Antec is also 20 bux cheaper.
