on the processor for the same money you can get an Opteron 146 at 2.0 and on the stock cooling they go around 2.6 ghz at 40 degrees centigrade other than that good build

I would have to agree with the ram suggestion, got for a manufacturer recommended ram type on the high end side. Also if you's really like you could get an sataII for about 85 bucks(I think your board supports that transfer rate)

The GSkill and the Corsair value RAM will do the job just fine, provided you are not overclocking the rig. If you are going to overclock, then I would look at getting better RAM. If not, then the value series will do the job just fine.
