Ram upgrade question >.<!

Hi guys,
Well I was over at another tech forum but someone PM'd me to get my answer here. So here I am *waves*.

Ok basically I currently have a system with the following kind of RAM:
2x 512MB DDR2 SDRAM, 667MHz

(which is unbuffered :?: ).

I also know that it's 240 pin , however when I search for similar ram on http://www.mycom.nl/MyCom/Store/section.do?masterGroupCode=BAS&productGroupCode=MEM

None of these are 667MHz modules, which makes me think where the hell do I get this ram?

Erm so any recomendations as to what kind of RAM I should get to go along with it to upgrade to 2GB total of ram?

And yes I'm dutch so the egg doesn't ship here , and no stores seem to stock 667MHz :/ hmm thanks for the replies ^_^ now that i've confirmed that there is a 667MHz module I just have to find it
