mobo: p5n32sli
card: nvidia 7800gt

i installed all software that came with the dvd drive and set locale to north america and it still cannot play a single damn dvd! Please help me. Do i need proprietary codecs from nvidia to play dvd? Even windows media player stalls and encounters an error which it sends.
I installed os using the drive so at least it's reading cdroms. This annoys the hell out of me because i bought all new parts and was not expecting such a stupid glitch :!:
