desktop Excel macros to Pocket PC Excel won't work for me

I don't know anything about the Pocket PC except my Excel
workbook containing macros and command buttons which
works on a desktop PC won't work on the Pocket PC.

I need to know how to get an Excel workbook with command
buttons and macros that function on a desktop PC to work
on a Pocket PC.

I don't know where to start for learning how to develop
Excel and visual basic applications for the Pocket PC.

So any information regarding where to find resources on
this issue of not knowing what I need to know to begin
developing Excel and VB applications for the Pocket PC
would be appreciated.

I have Visual Basic 6.0 and Office 2003 on my desktop.
But I have a feeling I need some type of development tool
for the Pocket PC. But I don't know what that is or where
to get it.
