I already have this case:

I want this PSU:

I'm planning to build a comp with the following specs:

XION II ATX Case
ASUS A8N SLI-Deluxe Motherboard S939
AMD Athlon 64 4000+ s939 CPU
2 GB PC3200 DDR RAM
2x 300 GB SATA150 or SATA300 HDD
2x 16x SATA150 DVD Burners
E-VGA Geforce 7800 GTX PCI-e gfx card
2 120mm green LED Case fans, 1 80mm green LED case fan.

Would the OCZ PSU be enough for my needs? I'm guessing yes, but I'm still pretty n00b at this. Are there any issues with the XION II I should watch out for as well? Would it be extraneous to add in PCI fans, HDD fans, and RAM coolers as well?
