Question about A8N SLI Deluxe mobo

I saw that there are 4 SATA II headers and 4 SATA RAID headers. Does SATA RAID mean SATA150, or something else?

i believe both the prem and deluxe have 4x sata II and 4x sata150. Not like you'll get a tenth of that speed anyway with your drives.... plus they're backwards compatable.

regardless they have two types of raids, one from nvidia, the other from... well im not sure i just remember something about the letters 'sil'
