surface mount chip for a raedon 9800 pro!

Hey guys,
i am looking to repair my graphics card, a surface mount chip has been broken off my card and i am looking to order a new chip! It is a small 8 pin chip and it had a black heatsink attached to it. It is near the power supply on the card, and its location is labelled "Q8"
I was wondering if any one could tell me the serial number of this chip and how i might go about abtaining one!

why do you need a new one..
can't u just glue/solder it back on?

if it has a heatsink its probably some sort of transistor.

without any sort of serial numer i can't tell you what it is exactly.
