Activesync on terminal session

Hello,

We use Windows XP as a Client SO, but works on a windows terminal server
2003 using autologon on XP and remote desktop to connect to the server.

Now I have problems with users that uses PPC. I have installed activesync
on the server but it can't see the PPC connected on the clients (USB).

I tried to connect a memory stick on the client, and I can use it without
problems on the server.

Please, any idea ??
