1/. Fix it utility’s from Ontrack(IBM use/recommend it) Especially the reg' fixer and disk utility’s which I use daily! The best non-intrusive program I have come across not like resource hogging Norton. I get on an average 4 broken reg links a day.
2/. Clean manager (windows)
3/. Si soft
4/. MBM, CPU cool, HD tach
5/. And of course Norton and other firewalls.

Have more but that’s five.

I'd have to go with Xteq x-setup, straight across the board. Tweakall comes close under win95/98/me, but x-setup will let you do all that and more.

Other than that, Geforce Tweak Utility comes in second; and format.exe shows up for third. I don't play Mickey Mouse games with windows anymore; i just nuke it from orbit, wait for the radiation to die down, and rebuild.

I'll have to do a little thinking for 4 and 5.
