Hi,

I have an Asus A8N32 SLI Deluxe and Jazzspeakers Neofusion 9968b with built-in amplifier (Dolby digital/DTS decoder) and connected to PC via Coax. SPdif (on-board soundcard). How do i need to setup them in order to hear 5.1 sound in games? When playing DVD`s i have 5.1 sound when i select SPdif pass-trough in PowerDVD.

Thanks

You can't, unless you have something cable of compressing 6-analog channels into a digital PCM signal that can be decoded easily on the other end, such as dolby digital live. The only the PCI DDL products widely available are the Blue Gears X-mystique and the Turtle Beach Montegro that I know of, both in the $75-100 range.

Lacking a DDL encoder, all you will get is 2-channel sound from games, as only the front L/R signals will get passed through.
