Is an Asus board better for OCing?

I'm looking at www.buyxg.com, and I'm reading the descriptions for the mobos. All the Nforce4 boards don't have anything about OCing in their description, but the Asus boards (THe A8N mainly) has a whole section about OCing and tweaking. Does this make any difference, and can you reccomend a board to me with a X2 4800+?

ASUS boards are known for good OC'ing and stability. DFI and Abit boards I currently have are also good as well. I just ordered a new Gigabyte board. Gonna give them a try next.

asus has had some "issues" lately though..

the DFI "expert" is the ultimate overclocker though

I wouldnt piss on Gigabyte if it was on fire though, their support sucks. I JUST got my mobo back that was weeks late, and couldnt even find a number to call and inquire bout it...

That is a pretty impressive article. I couldn't help but read it again. I currently have a prescott 630 3.0 running @ 3.825Ghz on a DFI board and its pretty sweet. Its nice and cool and is very stable. I just ordered a Gigabyte board with the Intel 975 chipset on it. I'm going to test it with a presler core (Not sure which one yet) and see how it goes. Can't wait for Conroe to come out. :D

That's the lucky board. I can't wait to get it and see how it will look. Once I get it set up and running, i'll post pics and specs.
