Upgrading to Opteron and NEED OC RAM!!! HELP

Like the subject said, I'm upgrading to a Opteron 165. They are great overclockers with the right memory. Currently, I have 2X512MB Corsair 2225. I want to upgrade to 2GB. First, is my memory good at ocing? And second, will 4X512 do the trick or is 2X1GB a lot better?

2x1 will get ya the use of 1T command rate, otherwise it'll be close, the highest OC will be with 2x1 but not by a huge margain
