Hi,

As newbie from the Netherlands, i'm about to purchase a new configuration.

Working my way around this forum i came up with some ideas, but i still can't make a choice for case and PSU.
My budget is approx 1250 euro and i'm limited in where i can by the configuration/components
This is what i had in mind:

MOBO-Asus A8N-E (Retail, sound, Gb-LAN, RAID) (99 euro)
Graphics-XFX X6600 XT/T2D (512 MB, Retail, 2x DVI, Video-out) (139 euro)
RAM-Kingston DIMM 2 GB (Retail, DD400-X64-C3AK2, Dual Channel Kit) (179 euro)
HDD-Hitachi Deskstar T7K250 (Bulk , HDT722525DLA380, S-ATA) (119 euro)
HDD-Hitachi Deskstar T7K250 (Bulk , HDT722525DLA380, S-ATA) (119 euro)
DVD-ROM-LiteOn SOHD-16P9 (Retail, zwart) (25 euro)
DVD-RW-BenQ DW1650 (Bulk , zwart) (49 euro)
Subtotal of 1058 euro aprrox 200 euro left
Here are the cases and PSU i had in mind:
Case 1-Thermaltake Soprano (79 euro)
Case 2 Thermaltake Swing (75 euro)
Case 3 Thermaltake Tsunami (129 euro)
PSU 1 Fortron Bluestorm (Retail) 400W (69 euro)
PSU 2 Fortron Bluestorm (Retail) 500 W (89 euro)
PSU 3 Tagan TG480-U22 2force (Retail) 480W (89 euro)
Assistance in making the choice would would be much appreciated.

Well the Powersupplies is not so easy since you have some evenly matched power supplies but toss the 400W out of the comparision. Fortron Source makes exellent power supplies and so does Tagan. I have never purchased a Tagan that was defective or had any problems in the long run. Unfortunately they are not very efficient (the one you posted has a 70% rating). The fortron on the other hand has a 80% rating making it a better option for your power bill. Another option is this

I would also recommend an Antec into the mix but they are pretty hard to come by nowadays in europe. If your not worried about the power bill go with the Tagan. The onlt thing I know about these cases is that the Tsunami has a really flimsy door.

Out of those PSU's, The FSP Bluestorm is the better choice, imo.

The Thermaltake Soprano looks pretty cool and roomy, go for it!
