FSB 800
I want to know if i raise the PCIe frequency from 100 to 150 it will be a better transfer of data or will burn my MB..or when is set to [auto] the system chose the right frequency including 150(when needed)

The PCIe bus does not need to be overclocked, and is many times faster than AGP 8x, which in itself was not yet a bottleneck on throughput....
