Any clue on how I can mount this:
A system that monitors what's happening at home and record it
to a DVD recorder.
ideally, pls provide me with what I need for that and it' s approx
pricing.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

better to record to an HDD if you intend to leave it recording for long time.

So, you need a computer with a capture card or any way to input video signal to your computer and somewhere to store the file
