Oc'ing help, can I go further without more upgrades?

Here are my specs:

ASUS P5LD2
Intel 3.0GHz P4 630 @ 3.68GHz w/Artic Cooling Freezer 7 and Artic silver thermal paste
2 GB(4x512) DDR2 PC2 5300 Dual Channel OCZ Gold Performance Series

FSB @ 245

Under load between 54-55C.

Ram at 3:4 and timings at 4-4-4-8, timings are at the rated timings for the ram.

This is high as I have been able to go and keep my system completly stable, if I raise it 5 more mhz Windows loads but once the login screen should appear I get a restart. Am I pushing my luck? I dont mess with voltage because I am not sure what to do with it, any ideas?

you can go further... having that many sticks in there might cause problems. You can try taking a couple out to see if that helps... but it might not be the problem. What is the Mhz of your RAM, and how much is it getting overclocked, or is the RAM rated faster than you have it set at?

The rated speed is 667mhz, I believe its at about 654.6mhz with the 3:2 when the FSB is at the current 245mhz. Should I loosin the timings or set them to SPD? I tried that but had no luck, but I haven't tried to change the ratio of the FSB:D RAM or can someone give me some hints on voltages. It's the voltages I am curious about.
