Utility to Print 4up?

Windows 98SE
Acrobat Reader 5.0

I want to create cheat sheets by printing some pages
from pdf files 4-up.

Fineprint will let me print 4-up in one job, but Acrobat reader won't
let me print non-contiguous pages in one job.

What I'd like is a FREEWARE program that can queue up
print jobs from different applications, or multiple separate
pages from the same program, then print them
4-up. I'm not going to do this a lot, so I can put some
manual work into the the process.

I found a program called visual printer that looks like it might
do this, but it won't run on 98se and ain't free.

Suggestions?
Thanks, mike
