My office has just buy 4U rackmount chassis - CSE 4004- from www.jerichorack.com (there's a good deal for the stuff)
Could you guys suggest a power supply that the price not too high for the chassis?

Intel P4 3.0 GHz
ASUS mainboard
4 X SATA Hard Drive
Floopy & COMBO Drive
DVR CARD

how many wattage to match with the system above ?

Well in that case you can use 400-450 watt psu.

The one that chuck suggested is a good choice. I prefer Antec units myself. You might pay a little more for them but, they are well made units.
