Memory for OCing

Im currently building a new system an AMD 64 3700. Im looking into doing some good over clocking of the system but i need to know about some good memory. Was looking through pricewatch.com at mem but i dont know if i should get good 3200ddr or some of the higher clocked stuff? Getting two 1gb sticks.

I have 1 gig of OCZ PC 4000 Gold and it overclocks great stock its at 500Mhz and i overclocked it to 550Mhz with ease, but my question is how much are you willing to spend cus if you have the money you can get some pretty awsome ram.

No idea how much im gonna spend on it yet. Hoping to get good ideas from every one then will decide then. but over all id say bout 300 or so is the limit. And i seem to notace the higher clocked stuff has some what looser timings will that reduce the preformance at all or does the higher clock make up for it?
