I just purchased two sticks of Crucial 512mb Ballistix ram(3200) and i already have a regular stick of 512mb Crucial ram on my Asus Black pearl motherboard running a P4 2.4ghz. It allows up to 2gb of ram so I know i'm cool there. When I try to put all of them in the system will hang and on the next startup I get a message that says the Clock speed was wrong or something, but if I only put in 2 of them everything is fine. I don't know anything about the speed settings in BIOS and I read the FAQ but do not understand what I need to do. What speed do I need to set these to?

Yeah I agree w/ wusy. Get rid of that old DIMM. Ideally you want the motherboard to use dual channel (which will only work with either 2 or 4 DIMMs). And there won't be a performance increase/hit going from 1GB to 1.5GB.
