ABS computers, any comments

I can't build a system on my own, not tech savy enough. Have various needs that include video encoding, burnig dvd's, cd's, internet, microsoft office products, gaming and I would like this system to last for at least 3 years. ABS has great prices and the hardware that I want, but I have heard terrible things about their customer services. Anybody have any experience or comments on ABS good or bad?
