NF4 vs. NF4ultra chip?

Whats the dif between the n4 and n4 ultra? Im lookin at the asus A8N-E or the A8N5x . seems like same board cept for the ultra. Not goin sli and dont need firewire or sata2. will just get better single gcard when price comes down. Lookin for nice home for my 64 3,700+ and ati x850xt.

thanks a bunch, guess i better stick with the ultra then, bein that im gettin the 3,700 & x850xt due to good value with great oc potential. U think corsair xms 2G(2x1gb) a good match for this combo? rig will be for multiplayer gamin mostly.

Yes, that's a good match. Corsair, OCZ, Mushkin are good ram names. There are others but those stick in my head.
