Windows 8 upgrade question

I am just wondering something that I am scratching my head over.

"The promotional price is limited to one upgrade per PC and a maximum limit of five upgrade licenses per customer."

Does this mean if I buy it for 40 dollars I can upgrade 5 different PC's?

it means you can buy up to 5 licenses

and upgrade up to 5 different pcs

but you cant buy 6 or more licences at that special offer price --after 5 you will pay more
