AMD Cool and Quiet

Is it worth using AMD Cool and Quiet on your motherboard?

Its all up to you whether its worth it or not. All it does it clock down your CPU when at idle which decreases heat and fan speed. I have it installed but i really see no reason to use it because my cpu temps are good and my system isnt that loud (well now it is with the x1900xt fan roarin at 5000rpm). So again, its all personal preference. It MAY make your chip last longer, but i dont see it making too big of a difference.
