Can Pentium4 handle Windows 7? i have 1gb of RAM?

well the pentium 4 can handle windows 7, it wont handle alot of applications and the ram won't, i just installed windows 7 64bit, upgrading from 32 bit, yesterday. at the moment im only running winamp and Internet explorer and in the taskmanager it uses 1.26gb of memory. so no it wont handle win7, go for windows XP or Ubuntu
