New build with AMD FX 64 3800 dual core:Asus A8n sli Premium mobo:2 GeForce 6800 GS PCIExpress video cards:500 watt PSU: 2 Seagate 160 gb SATA HDD: 1 Dual layer DVD burner:1 Yamaha CD Burner inside a ThermalTake Swing case.How cool does the inside of my case REALLY have to be? I've been toying with liquid cooling systems,multiple fans, radiators,you name it.At a standstill now cant make up my mind which way to go.Any help is appreciated Thanks Thinking about UV lighting also.

Good air flow will allow the proper cooling, check out the gomerpile air system water system this is a good example of air flow.

If your not doing any type of overclocking, a good airflow case with air coolers is more than sufficient.
