Hello all,

I have been wondering whether a connection of the progressive component video output of a dvd player can be connected to a CRT 17/19 monitor with the help of an adaptor converting the RGB to DPin (15 pin as seen in monitor cables) possible ?

Will the output signal be recognised by the monitor & the connection succeed ??

Any ideas/questions would be highly appreciated.
