Several services set to start manually, dont startup when called.

This is since SP2 installation. I'd be grateful if someone can confirm if
MS knows about this already.

And you can't change them to automatic because...????

Aye, some services are called by other programs and services when needed.
Since SP2, they no longer startup when called -which is the problem I stated
in my first post noob?
