Good mobo monitor program?

I'm curious as to what is a good program for monitoring mobo temps and chipset fan speed in Windows XP Pro SP2?

I tried using the Smart Guardian program that came with my DFI mobo but it kept reporting wrong temps and fan rpms (on somethings but not all) and would not let videocard fans speed up for games then back down for 2D windows (cause a game I started to lock up and crash in bout 30 secs of starting as it got to hot cause the fan wasn't spinning enough).

So what other ones are out there? I'm mainly curious for A) tracking temps as I begin to OC and what not and B) control (increase) the rpms on my chipset fan as it runs to slow atm and it gets hot easy (normally runs at 48-50C!

I thought MM5 is a okay freebie program to monitor just about any sensor it can see.
