Howdy ,

Sorry to keep asking these silly questions.

So I got this new Samsung 4ms LCD monitor last January.
Now after using it , I have noticed that when windows starts up and
the system tray is almost ready loading. The whole screen turns black and then turns on again within a half a second. This happens each time i start up windows. What could be the cause of such a weird thing. Should I look Monitor or should I look at the also newly bought ATI x1600pro i got .

I never had this problem before in the past

Probably you GC changing resolution and or refreshrate...

Yep, more likely its the resolution makes sure to set it at the manufacturers recommendation. That, or you have different resolutions between your applications.

Are you using .net?
