How well is this ram?

When building a computer from alienware, how good is their 4gb ram, the one that runs at 333mhz? Are they good for gaming?

If you have the option go with PC3200 it runs at 400MHz.

Yeah the thing is it's either 2gb or 4gb, so I opted for the 4. It's still good for gaming right?

aww crap. Changing the order will delay it for 3-4 days and I don't want to wait How much will it slow down compared to lets say, 2 gigs of ram?
