A8N-E NIC Port problem?

i seem to have this peculiar problem with my Mobo,my internet connection(i use a adsl router connected via the ethernet port ) fails to work after 6-7 hours of continuous use,there is no problem with my ISP,infact i have continuous dloads,the internet connection works after i restart the sytem,i have reinstalled OS twice on this account(WIN XP pro with SP2),please help me on this issue,I use nvidia's firewall in adition to MCafee's firewall(tried disabling both to check if it were an issue with my firewall but no issues with the FW as the problem persists)

Try updating to the latest motherboard drivers. Here:

The NIC is integrated into the nForce4 chipset, it cannot be replaced/fixed if it is bad. So if this don't work, replace mobo.

thanx for the advice,i have already updated the drivers,yet after about 6-7 hours my nic port fails respond to any request...
