Looking for a successful Asus board.

I'm looking for a Asus board to replace my Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe right now.
I've been looking at the A8N32-SLI, the A8N-E, and the A8N-SLI Premium. Also been looking at the DFI Lanparty UT Ultra-D but I'd rather stick to a comnpany that I trust in (ignoring the Deluxe).

I most likely will stick to a single graphics card and will have 2gb of Corsair XMS 3200xl. Will also have a AMD X2 4400 in there overclocked.

So if anyone can direct me to a good motherboard, preferably Asus if possible, and explain why more importantly, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Since you're using a single gfx card, I'd say the A8N-E is a nice Nforce4 Motherboard. Are you considering motherboards other than Asus? If so:

I actually went with that board, as suggested. I hope this EPoX will make me proud.
