WHich OCing memmory to use ddr2800 or DDR2-1000

im going to be using a Asus P5WD2 motherboard and either a 920 or 930 D processor (2.8 or 3.0) I'm gonna be cooling with the zalman 9500 cooler.
I'm not looking for a crazy overclock around 3.6 for either processsor

Corsairs are great for overclocking as well as the OZC. I have 4x512 Mb of the Corsair DDR2 XMS2 Pro with 3-3-3-8 timings @ 533 Mhz. Overclocked to 666 stable and fast. The 800 and 100 are fast but with 4 latency but Im sure you can set the timings tighter.
