my processor is an AMD 64 3000+ (winchester)
and I want to ask if the voltage (shown in cpu-z) should be at a constant 1.40v, because in my case it changes from 1.402 , 1.378 , 1.368, 1.393 :?

i use a MSI k8n Neo4 platinum
1GB corssair XMS TwinX
leadtek px 6600td
seagate baracuda 7.200 8mb cache 80 GB

Its normal for a CPU to fluctuate. Its called supply and demand. The CPU takes what it needs to make things happen in your system. Sometimes more, sometimes less.

Yes, those voltage ranges are normal. No worries.
