What ram to use and quantity need help?

here is another question that is related to this topic of overclocking

i have a amd 3700 venice core chip oced to 2.3 ghz w/ fsb 210

now here is my question:

would you put 4x512 sticks of ocz gtx ram or corasir xms ram w/ timings 2-2-2-5

or 2x1gb stcks w/ timings 3-3-3-8 or 2-3-3-8?

having trouble deciding on this?

which set would work better for overclocking?
-or- which would be the best set in general?

i have 2 1gb sticks of 3-3-3-8 but i was wondering
if 4x512 @ 2-2-2-5 w/o ocing would perform better than ocing the 3-3-3-8 to 2-3-3-8 ?

can somebody answer this question for me!!
