building my 1st pc

hey guys im going to build my first pc in a week or two and i wanted to know what were ur thoughts on the system i choose. ill mainly use it to play games like WoW or CoD2 and my budget is around 1200$. and i know that some of my parts are not quite good but ill upgrade them later on.

AMD Athlon64 3200+ (S939)
ASROCK 939DUAL-SATA2 (i heard that it was a pretty good mobo and i mainly choose it beacuse it has a AGP and an PCIe slot
Sapphire Radeon 9600 XT 256Mb (the worst part of my system but when ill have the money ill a GeForce 7800 GTX
Seagate Barracuda 160Gb 7200RPM [S-ATA] (not sure if i should go with this brand)
Corsair 1024Mb DDR [400] *TWINX1024-3200C2*(not sure if i should go with this brand)
CASE ATX THERMALTAKE SWING
19IN SAMSUNG 997MB SILVER
Thermaltake Silent PurePower [480W] (still not sure if i should go with this brand)

Here's a better system opty 144,asrocksata2,1gb corsair ram and a wd 250 gb harddrive that should cover the essentials and the rest is up to you you said your keeping your graphics card right?

great you wont regret it the opty runs cooler and oc's higher btw the opty kicks the xeon's ass up to 1.2 ghz over stock speeds. say you got an opty at 2.0 it will beat a xeon up to 3.2 no kiddin ask richpls he is the opty oc master!
