Epson 2200 / OSX Printing Problem

I'm having a new problem printing on my Epson 2200, OS X 10.3.6

I recently changed to Lustre paper from matte. In the process of
getting my printer drivers to recognize the photo black ink (instead
of matte black) I deleted my printers and re-added them.

Now I am printing successfully on 8 1/2 x 11 paper. However prints on
13 x 19 paper are "too big" -- larger than the 12x16 inches I have set
in photoshop CS for the image area and the right and bottom edges are
being cut off about 1/8 inch from the paper edge. The actual image
should finish 1/2 inch from the edge. The top/left margins look fine.
Images are being printed at 300 DPI. I never had this problem
printing on matte paper -- printed lots on 13x19 paper.

I seem to be having the same problem printing from other applications
on 13x19 paper as well. Any ideas?
