Hi am looking for a new case but am stuck for ideas now i like the Thermaltake Armor but the price is a bit steep. The case that i am looking for must be about the size of the Armor (full tower) also a window and blue led's would be nice i am looking to spend about £70 ($122usd) also the case must have good cooling any recomendations would be great thanks. 
Lian Li PC7+, from eBuyer is cheap cheap. 120mm intake/exhaust. Gorgeous. You'd also need a C-01 aluminium CD bezel, they're £6 or so. They really finish the look.
£1.50 for some blue LEDs on eBay, plus the satisfaction you've done it yourself.
I have the very same lump sat next to me now, blue LEDs and all 
edit: just saw you want a window too. You won't get all those features + quality if you're limited to £70.
