Unlocked Processor List.

OK, so i was thinking, how about we compile a (sticky) list, with as many processors as possible, AMD and Intel, and the ranges that their multipliers can be set to (inc. default value of multiplier and FSB/HT, can just rip that from http://www23.tomshardware.com/cpu.html).
This would make it a lot easier for some of us to choose a processor to overclock, rather than accidentally buy a fixed-multiplier.
(i don't care if you steal info from another site/forum, but just acknowledge it).

all procs are different so range is just dumb. fsb and multi s will vary for all.
