epson c82 strange print problem

Hi, I have an Epson c82, It is about a year old and has quite a bit of
use.
It has worked well up till now. Recently the colors started washing
out of the prints and now will only print in one color as if priniting
in grey scale. I can print the same picture 3 times and it will come
out with three different colors. Very Strange! Any one got any ideas
what is going on here? The ink cartridges are all brand new.

Hi Phil,

If you could scan a few examples of the problems (in 2 x 2" squares or
so) in 300 dpi and jpegged in high quality, and then send these samples
to me in private mail, as attachments, I can try to determine the cause
for you and suggest some fixes.
