VPN 4.0.4 Error

Hi,

I am new to VPN and using the Cisco VPN Client Rev 4.0.4. When I load
the software run it with logging turned on I get an error "Function
CreateFile error" as a serverity code of 2. I cannot seem to make a
connection. I have search the CISCO site and unloaded and reloaded the
client software. I continue to get the error. Can anyone point me to a way
to resolve this problem.
