Best board for 100-140?

I just want to see by common consensous what the the best board is for $100-140. Board doesn't have to have SLI, but a decent overclock would be nice for future use.

grab an a8n-sli regular, great board, and is cheap.

Yeah that would help. I am planning on getting an x2 3800. I may overclock in the future, but not at the moment because of a lack of funds to cover a possible mishape. I know everyone says dont worry about it, but at the same time no two processors are quite alike so, maybe after I have had the computer a year and half or more.
