I'd like to get a router with the following characteristics:
1) supports VPN via IPsec
2) is cheap
3) is remotely configurable via script
In other words, a standardized configuration can be made for multiple
numbers of boxes, and those boxes can be remotely configured and
managed (perhaps by config file).
The ultimate goal is to preconfigure 10 or so of these routers
centrally, and distribute them to customers of ours who we then use to
get VPN connections. The cheaper the router the better (we don't have
the desire or need for a lot of connectivity.)
Also, is there a good tutorial on configuring VPN routers? I'm looking
for a HOWTO, quick rundown, pitfalls, what information you might need
to configure them, etc.
