SpeedFan monitors your chipset, CPU, PSU, and Hard drive temps. Though you have to have sensors on each for them to work right. My Power supply doesn't and the temp always shows 114C!

FYI when they mention CASE temp., it is the case cover of the CPU& is close to the actual -- It's not the CASE temp of the CASE. If you have the patience, go to Intel & eventually you can find info on how they get these numbers.
